Less fuel.
A 1:5,000 dose in the fuel you already buy. No machine changes, no new hardware, no change to how your crews work; measured across a 12-month pilot with your own numbers.

01 — How it works
How does OXON work?
Three minutes on why treated diesel burns more completely, what that does to regen cycles, and where the DEF saving comes from.
- 1Dose at 1:5,000 into the tank or bulk supply
- 2Cleaner combustion, fewer regens, less DEF drawn
- 3Measured against your baseline over 12 months

03 — Q&A
Key questions and answers
The ten things every fleet asks before a pilot.
Will it affect my Cat warranty?
No. OXON™ is a fuel-side treatment dosed within spec; it makes no mechanical or software change to the machine.
How is the fuel improvement measured?
Against your own baseline. We agree the measurement method, machines and duty cycle before the pilot starts, then compare treated months against untreated months on the same work.
How long before we see a result?
Most fleets see the trend inside the first quarter. The figure we stand behind is the full 12-month number, because it covers seasonal and duty-cycle variation.
Does it work with biodiesel blends?
Yes. Confirm your blend with your dealer rep so the dose rate and storage guidance are set correctly.
Who doses it — us or the dealer?
Either. Most bulk sites dose at the tank on delivery; smaller fleets dose per fill. Your dealer can run it as a managed service.
What dispensing equipment do we need?
For bulk supply, an inline doser sized to your tank. For per-fill dosing, nothing beyond a measure. Your dealer specs this as part of the pilot scope.
What happens to DEF consumption?
It falls. Cleaner combustion means fewer regen cycles, and fewer regens draw less DEF. The model assumes 1 gallon of DEF per 50 gallons of fuel.
Is it safe to store on site?
Yes, under normal fuel-additive handling. Safety data sheets and storage guidance come with the pilot pack.
What does a pilot cost to run?
It scales with the fuel you treat. Send your fleet size through the form below and your dealer rep comes back with a firm price.
Can we stop mid-pilot?
Yes. There is no machine change to undo, so stopping simply means dosing stops.
